Preparing for your delivery…

If you’re ready for us, this will be the easiest furniture delivery ever.

In order to facilitate a safe and easy delivery, we ask that you read the following:

FIRST AND FOREMOST- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item will fit in the room it is intended for; this includes adequate access to get the item into the room of choice. It is company policy to only issue credit notes when items are not suitable and have to be returned back to us. (If the item is going upstairs, please ensure there is enough room between the stairs and the ceiling as we climb).

Safety first - Please remove snow, ice or other potentially hazardous obstacles from all walkways and driveways.

Clear the way - Please have a pathway cleared through your home, to the room in which the furniture or mattress will be placed. This includes removing all pictures etc. from walls so they are away from potential damage.

An adult must be home - Ensure that someone 18 years of age or older is present to accept the delivery; failure to do so may result in a re-delivery charge.

Arrange entrance - If your delivery requires the removal of a door or window, please have this done prior to the delivery. If needed, the driver can place a phone call prior to arrival for better coordination.

Pets - Please secure pets during the delivery process

Our delivery associates are on a tight schedule and will not be able to deliver your items to your chosen room unless the above measures have been actioned prior to delivery. 


You are welcome to collect your item from the store but you will need to book a time slot with us to do so. You can arrange this at the point of purchase or call us to make arrangements.
