Delivery information
This item will be delivered on a large pallet or 2 standard pallets. We will contact you to book a delivery date that is suitable for you.
This is the quickest and easiest way of getting your garden set order to you. This is a kerbside delivery where the pallet will be left with you and we kindly ask you to dispose of this. Deliveries are Monday - Friday anytime between 8am to 5pm.
99% of the time your delivery will be on the booked date but in the event of unforeseen circumstances, your delivery will be within the following 48 hours. We cannot accept liability or cause of inconvenience that may result from the delay.
Delivery is to anywhere within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Availability: Please note that due to the nature of our business, stock availability is changing constantly. Please call ahead of visiting the outlet if you have a particular interest in a specific item and we can reserve this for you for 2 hours.
Delivery: We offer delivery for £9.99 on all small and boxed items such as firepits. A quote from us will be needed when purchasing a large item (sofas etc). Outlet X will deliver within 40 miles of the Outlet when possible. We will use different external couriers that specialise in furniture delivery for orders over 40 miles. This may result in your order arriving with multiple couriers at different times depending on your order. A member of our team will call you to arrange a delivery date and time. Garden Furniture Delivery
We offer delivery on all garden furniture purchased online and use external couriers for these items. We send all garden furniture on a pallet (see below for more details) unless stated on individual product listings (please read the product description for delivery information).

All garden furniture will be delivered on a pallet that is a kerbside delivery only and we kindly ask you to dispose of the pallet. 98% of the time your delivery will be on the booked date to suit you but due to unforeseen circumstances your order will be delivered within the next 48 hours. We cannot accept liability for any loss or cause of inconvenience that may result from the delay. Pallet deliveries are Monday - Friday anytime between 8am - 5pm.
