This item will be delivered on a large pallet for FREE. We will contact you to book a delivery date that is suitable for you. 

This is the quickest and easiest way of getting your garden set order to you. This is a kerbside delivery where the pallet will be left with you and we kindly ask you to dispose of this. Deliveries are Monday - Friday anytime between 8am to 5pm. 

98% of the time your delivery will be on the booked date but in the event of unforeseen circumstances, your delivery will be within the following 48 hours. We cannot accept liability or cause of inconvenience that may result from the delay.

Delivery is to anywhere within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Availability: Please note that due to the nature of our business, stock availability is changing constantly. Please call ahead of visiting the outlet if you have a particular interest in a specific item and we can reserve this for you for 2 hours.

Delivery: We offer delivery for £9.99 on all small and boxed items such as firepits.  A quote from us will be needed when purchasing a large item (sofas etc). Outlet X will deliver within 40 miles of the Outlet when possible. Garden Furniture Delivery
We offer free delivery on all garden furniture purchased online and use external couriers for these items. We send all garden furniture on a pallet (see below for more details) unless stated on individual product listings (please read the product description for delivery information).
